Identify your exact device

Find the model and software version in your device settings. Two televisions from the same manufacturer may use different operating systems and app stores. Share those details with support instead of relying on the brand name alone.

Keep the two logins separate

Your Press IPTV website account is for orders, invoices and support. Your streaming player may require different access details. Use the details supplied for the player and check for typing errors or extra spaces if login fails.

Test the connection you will use

Place your streaming device where it will normally be used. If playback is inconsistent, compare Wi-Fi with a wired connection where available, pause other large downloads and test more than one channel before reporting the issue.
